Taking things seriously
As we have already said, we pride ourselves on our customer service and support levels, but to ensure that we keep these standards up we have implemented and been accredited with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
These approved standards for working practices and security infrastructure help us to ensure that these never drop.
We fully PCI DSS accredited. This accreditation is essential for our retail customers, or other organisations who process credit cards.
It's always nice to win things, and at Exa we have developed a nice habit of being finalists or winners at the Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) awards for the last nine (including 2013) consecutive years. In the past we have won the awards for Best Business Customer Service, Best Broadband and Best Dial Up.
The ISPA's are our industries BAFTA's, and unlike other ISP awards they are judged on a technical side two, with a rigorous three month testing period of our services each year.
In 2012 and 2013 we were named as finalists and were eventual runners up for for Best Business Customer Service and Best Safety/Security Product, for SurfProtect and Best Managed Services.
